Bookkeeper

Overview
We are looking for full-time cleaners to join our team. The interested candidate should be Accurate, client focused, Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable and team player.

Languages-English

Education Required – College/CEGEP

Experience – 1 year to less than 2 years

Relocation costs covered by employer

Wage – $26.50/hour

Hours – 32 to 40 hours per week

Job duties include, but are not limited to –
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Calculate fixed assets and depreciation,
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Prepare tax returns
Prepare trial balance of books
Reconcile accounts
Work conditions and physical capabilities
