We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper for our company. Interested candidates should be organized, flexible, reliable, dependable, team player, client-focused, accurate and should have effective interpersonal skills, excellent written & oral communication.

Education required – College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience required – 1 year to less than 2 years

Wage – $25.50/hour

Hours – 36 to 40 hours/week

**Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

– Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
– Prepare trial balance of books
– Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
– Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
– Prepare tax returns
– Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
– Reconcile accounts
– Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
