Position Overview
We are looking for a Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in organizing corporate structure trusts, restructuring companies, establishing customized trusts, and developing innovative insurance structures.
Key Responsibilities
• Organizing and managing corporate structure trusts containing complex assets such as cash, real estate, operating businesses, bonds, dividends, stocks, financial securities, and insurance products.
• Working closely with CPAs and tax lawyers to obtain comprehensive income tax advice and ensure all legal aspects of trust agreements are meticulously addressed.
• Planning, designing, structuring, and implementing trusts tailored to meet the customized needs of clients.
• Strategically maximizing the benefits derived from trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.
• Conducting detailed legal and financial analysis to support the creation and management of trusts.
• Providing strategic advice and recommendations on financial and structural matters to clients, enhancing their wealth management and asset protection strategies.
• Ensuring all trust activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in financial consulting, corporate restructuring, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of insurance structures, financial planning, and managing complex asset structures and trust agreements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed legal and financial analyses.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Efficient interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
