Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the financial operations of our organization. This is a full-time, on-site role within a business services and private security agency environment, offering a competitive wage of $64.00 per hour. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Main Duties (Aligned with NOC 10010)
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the organization’s financial operations
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and performance analyses
• Monitor cash flow, revenues, and expenditures to ensure financial stability
• Coordinate financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise senior management on financial strategies, risk management, and cost control measures
• Establish and maintain financial control systems
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate finance and administrative staff (5–10 employees)
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies
