A Bookkeeper needed by Advanced Accounting & Bookkeeping
Full-time, permanent work in Regina, SK
Wage: $25 per hour

Advanced Accounting & Bookkeeping has been providing bookkeeping, payroll, personalized tax services. We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our team. We are expecting that the candidate is a detail-oriented person, possesses the skills, knowledge and experience required and the ability to work well independently. Applicant should be fluent in English.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes
- Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis
- Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
- Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
- Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data
- Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
- Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
- Other related duties as required

- Completed secondary school
- Completed educational program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
- 1+ year of full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting is considered an asset
