Processing documentation related to business activities; Maintaining files, copying, answering phone calls, data entry, sorting, opening, and distributing mail; Order office supplies and maintaining equipment; Determine and establish office procedures; Schedule and confirm appointments; Assist in all inquiries including billing and/or invoicing questions, Control & coordinate the flow of information with vendors; Maintain manual & computerized filing systems, Organize meetings including recording and preparing minutes of meetings.
Degree/Diploma in related field or 1-2 years of equivalent experience required. Ability to multitask; work under pressure; attention to detail; Fast-paced environment; Excellent written communication. Knowledge of MS Office would be an asset.
