Responsible for:
• Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
• Plan, administer and control budgets for Relx’s office equipment and supplies
• Supervise the maintenance of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, office equipment
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
• Maintain company records such as financial documents, employee files, and HR documents
• Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and service standards
• Oversee the coordination and implementation of quarter and annual performance reviews
• Create spreadsheets and prepare presentations, reports and documents
• Evaluate staff performance and operation of the administrative department
• Recruit, train and supervise the new administrative staffs.

Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required
• 5+ years administrative service experience is required
• 2+ years of management experience is required
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal skills
