a.Plan, establish, guide, control and assess the operations of the administration department.
b.Manage and maintain all administrative processes, tasks and operational standards.
c.Guide and lead the team to contribute the administrative services, such as monitoring the inventory and ordering office supplies, preparing refreshments for meetings, etc.
d.Plan, manage and control the costs and budget for office equipment and supplies in the administration department and company.
e.Overview and improve internal administrative policies.
f.File the reports and briefs for higher-level management to assess administrative services.
g.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information and forward communication to proper individuals and departments within Elite Appliance.
h.Assist in improving the office space design and installation.
i.Attend meetings as required, prepare and distribute related paperwork to all pertinent parties, and maintain files of notes made during meetings attended.
j.Hire, supervise and train employees in the administration department.
k.Perform other related duties as assigned.

1.A Bachelor’s degree is required.
2.3+ years of experience in business administration is required.
3.2+ years of experience in a management position is required.
4.Ability to achieve a high level of thoroughness and accuracy while multitasking.
5.Ability to understand and represent the business needs of the department.
6.Ability to work independently, but also partner cross-departmentally on related initiatives.
