• Confirm appointments and meetings
• Order office supplies and record inventory
• Answer telephone and relay phone calls
• Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices
• Greet visitors and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• +2 years of previous clerical experiences is required.
