Position: Administrative Services Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours/week & overtime needed)
Hourly Wage: $28.85 (Depends on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Dental Insurance & Extended Medical Insurance after 3 months of probation period

MAIN DUTIES:
Coordinate office administrative procedures and services, in conjunction with the Team Manager
Carry out administrative activities associated with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Responsible for understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Strengthen connections with current clients by consistently suggesting solutions that align with their objectives
Ensure the correct pest, bird and/or wildlife control services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Establish work priorities, delegate work to support staff and ensure procedures are followed
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain the good relationships
Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the company promotional materials
Assist in staff recruitment and orientation activities; manage and train staff
Ensure that office equipment (phone, printer, fax etc.) is in good working order; arrange for repair when necessary
Hold the budget for routine stationery and office supplies and ensure all is kept in stock; check inventory and place orders when necessary
Prepare for regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of secondary school is required
A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration may be required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation in English
Ability to write reports and proposals in English
Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and industry specific CRM (i.e. PestPac)
Pest control industry knowledge is asset, including:
pest, bird and urban wildlife knowledge (identification, biology, behaviours, habit preferences and control/treatment options)
Application technologies
Federal, Provincial and WorkSafe BC regulations pertaining to pesticide applications
