About the Job Vacancy:
At this time, Team Global Inc. is looking to hire a professional Administrative Services Coordinator to support our medical and healthcare Recruitment Specialists. This is a hands-on position and will require you to work closely with both our Recruitment Specialists, employers, and job seekers to ensure custom-fit services.

The duties of an Administrative Services Coordinator will include:

• Analyze current and implement new administrative procedures
• Provide administrative support to recruiters of the Healthcare Division
• Assist the recruiters with the intake process with employers in the medical/pharma/nursing sectors
• Assist with job advertisement drafting and posting
• Assist with efforts to recruit applicants for medical offices, pharmacies, imaging centres, including recent graduates of colleges, universities, and other designated educational institutions
• Serve as point of contact for prospective candidates, providing feedback on their resumes submitted in response to specific job openings
• Assist with screening of candidate’s resumes
• Assist with conducting candidates’ references and background checks
• Assist in preparation of billing statements and operating budgets
• Oversee records management and update and maintain records in the candidates and employers’ databases
• Prepare internal reports and correspondence for recruiters, employers, and candidates
• Coordinate office services and maintain inventory of supplies
• Delegate and prioritize work assigned to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met
• Administer policies related to exchange/release of records (resumes, employment contracts) to ensure adherence to confidentiality policies and privacy legislation

A successful candidate must possess the following:
• A Secondary School Diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative position is required, in a health care or medical setting is preferred
• A college diploma in a medical or health care field is an asset
• Good command of the English language
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Conditions:
Pay for this position will be $24.00 per hour. A regular work week will consist of 35 hours and overtime may be required in order to manage emergency requests. Applicable overtime pay will apply after 44 hours/week.
