We are looking for someone who has advanced bookkeeping experience who displays a positive attitude and willingness to help others in a small office environment.

Roles and responsibilities:

Support company owners with daily bookkeeping and administrative functions.

Prepare Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis

Post, Reconcile, and Balance all accounts from sub ledgers to General Ledger

Pay bills, Write cheques, General paper filing

Prepare weekly payroll

Prepare government issued forms for WSIB premiums, calculation, and payment

HST Filing, calculation, and payment

Process accounts receivable/payable

Record daily financial transactions and completing the posting process

Year End preparation for Accountants and post year-end entries from Accountant

Job Type: Part Time

Experience:

Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
