Responsibilities
Tasks

1. Establish and co-ordinate administrative policies and procedures
2. Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports
3. Prepare and co-ordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports
4. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings
5. Conduct research
6. Compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executive committees and boards of directors
7. Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action based on meetings
8. Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations
9. Leading/instructing groups
10. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
11. Provide customer service
12. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
13. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
14. Train and supervise staff
15. Manage events
16. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
