Universal Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. located at 7551 134A Street Surrey BC V3W 7B3 provides services including millwork, countertops and custom made kitchen cabinets for residential and commercial buildings. We are urgently looking for 1 Office Administrator to add into our team. As an office administrator, candidate will be required to:
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures for Universal Kitchen Cabinets Ltd
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to our staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Skills Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration can be considered.
• Some experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration will be an asset.
4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid.
