Kaloya Derma-Tech Ltd. located at 9332-120 Street, Surrey, BC, V3V4B8 is looking for 1 full time Office Administrator.

Job Duties:
• Conduct office clerical duties including filling, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
• To prioritize work and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
• Carry out administrative activities of Kaloya Derma Tech Ltd.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• To do other assigned tasks whenever necessary.

Terms of Employment: -
Full-time, Permanent

Wages: - $24.00 per hour- 40 hours per week. Overtime starts after 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements: -
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
• 2 years’ experience in the related field is required.
