Roy’s Woodshop Limited is a well-established company that is currently looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist.
This full-time position requires a team player that understands the importance of professionalism in customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Performing general administrative duties as required including, but not limited to typing, photocopying, and answering phone calls
- Scheduling and processing client purchase orders
- Invoicing, payables and payroll
Skills and Education:
- Demonstrated knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop
- Good time management skills
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
