Key Responsibilities

· maximize the schedule and secure customer retention

· increase referrals and patient loads

· educate patients on services

· Cross refer and case manage files to maximum return

· ensure customer satisfaction and expectations



Reception/Front desk Customer Engagement and Satisfaction

Scheduling Appointments Billing and Accounts Receivable

Contact Third Party Insurance for Coverage Patient call backs and Retention

General office Duties Patient and Inventory Control

office organization and tidiness

Desired Skills and Experience

Certificate/Diploma in Business, Administrative Studies, Medical Secretary, Sales-clinic experience an asset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and respond with tact and diplomacy
Strong customer engagement and retention ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high pressure setting while maintaining customer service excellence
Strong sense of urgency to deal with customer needs by being positive and resourceful
Proven problem solver committed to resolution, honesty and integrity
Ability to work in team environments and successfully complete tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
