C&L Cabinets Ltd. is currently hiring for an Office Manager. The work location is 7210 5 Street SE, Unit G, CALGARY, AB T2H 2L9.

This position is full-time and permanent. The wage will be $30.00 per hour with 30 to 40 hours per week. The overtime wage will be paid 1.5x the regular pay rate beginning after 8 hours of work per day and/or after 44 hours per week.

Job Duties Include:
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
