 College diploma in administration management field

Work Experience:
 Minimum 2 years with proven office management, administrative or assistant experience in kitchen remodeling industry
English ability:
 Fluent in reading, writing and orally
Other Requirements:
 Fluent Mandarin in speaking and writing is considered as a strong assist, since most of your colleagues and our clients and business partners are from China and you will need to communicate with them very frequently and accurately to fulfill your job duties
 Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
 Strong knowledge of the kitchen remodeling Industry and relevant Industry standards
 Familiarly with daily office operation procedures and matters
 Have a good understanding about how to communicate with different groups of people properly both internally and externally of the company
 Well organized and able to plan office services such as ensure equipment, office supply and other militance matters to make the office running smooth
 Detail orientated
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure.
 Strong organizational and planning skills
 Proficient in MS Office
 Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
 Conduct regular audits to ensure the company is functionable and presentable
 Coordinate daily office activities and tasks
 Maintain a safe and secure working environment
 Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
 Manage relationships with suppliers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
 Assist upper level officer in scheduling measuring and installation tasks
 Arrange above-listed tasks with installation team
 Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
 Secures financial information by completing database backups
 Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
 Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
 Order office supplies from different companies and check inventory regularly
 Follow and accordance with the company's articles and regulation strictly
 Keep confidentiality of all client’s information and documents
 Handle customer inquiries and complaints
 Provide consultation report about the above-listed duties to upper level officer as per requested

$30.00 per hour ($45.00 overtime rate after 44 hours work per week)

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
