Duties and Responsibilities
● Manage and direct operations related to inventory control, purchasing, finance, and other administrative tasks.
● Establish and implement procedures to monitor and manage the level of inventories and office supplies, as well as to archive staff records.
● Direct, guide and coordinate with team members to ensure the best practices of standardization, compliance, and simplification for daily operations.
● Oversee and optimize procurement activities by implementing the budget control and proper planning.
● Administer the company payroll and efficiently solve any issues that may arise with professionalism.
● Prepare monthly reports and briefs for upper management evaluating corporate performance & administrative services.
● Participate in employee recruitment, training, team building when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
● A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field is required.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in business management or administration is required.
● Previous experience with the business operations of the mechanical/industrial engineering industry is highly preferred.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel.
● Ability to lead and motivate staff.
● Well organized and can quickly adapt to changing situations
● Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Proactive and ability to lead changes.
