15895545 Canada Inc., operating as ZAUQ, is seeking to hire an ‘Operations Officer’, for its restaurant business located at 7840 Tranmere Drive, Mississauga, ON L5S 1L9.

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for organizing and overseeing administrative procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business and overall operational efficiency.

Job Type: Permanent full time position;
Salary: $36.50 per hour for 30-40 hours per week;
Overtime: 1.5 times the wage after 44 hours per week;
Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP or other non-University certificate or diploma of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities to ensure efficient office operations;
• Implement, review, and maintain administrative procedures in compliance with company policies;
• Establish work priorities, delegate tasks to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met;
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment and oversee office administrative procedures;
• Coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, maintenance, security services, and asset disposal;
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of operating budgets and expenditures;
• Maintain operational records, confidential files, invoices, contracts, and compliance documentation;
• Prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, and other business documents;
• Coordinate staff schedules, attendance records, and administrative support activities;
• Liaise with management, suppliers, and staff to support efficient operations and service delivery;
• Train administrative support staff and assist in resolving workplace or operational issues;
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, document management, and correspondence;
