 Wage: $25.36 - $38.19 / hour

 Work Hours: 35 - 40 hours / week

 Vacation pay: Remuneration 4% of gross salary

 Location: 139 Montague St, Lunenburg, NS B0J 2C0

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- ensure the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of guests, tenants and residents
- Control and prepare a budget and finances, manage stock levels and order supplies
- Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
- Manage on-site staffs and the work of cleaning staffs and ensure standards are maintained
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring the safety of guests by making sure that security measures are in place
- Establish and enforce rules for customer conduct in accommodation facilities
- Maintain quality control of the inn facility by inspecting rooms for cleanliness and comfort level
- Maintain building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs
- Inspect vacant units and complete repairs, plan renovations, contract with landscaping and snow removal services

 Academic, Training and Experience Qualifications: Completion of a college

 Experience: 2 to 3 years

 Flexible work shift: Day, Evening, Weekend

 Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure

 Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
