Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate cashiers.
• Allot duties to cashiers and maintain and prepare work schedules.
• Authorize payments by cheque and send e-transfer to customers and make entries of payments.
• Resolve conflicts such as customer complaints.
• Develop strong customer relationships and cater to the customer needs.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes.
• Identify current and future trends that appeal to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure continuous sales.
• Explain ongoing promotions in the store.
• May perform some duties same as workers supervised.
• Communicate with customers as required to answer questions, explain information, and address complaints.
