Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Educational Requirements: Completion of a Bachelors Degree is required.

Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in related area are required.

Job Duties: The duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Services Manager are as follows:

•Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.

•Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies.

•Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

•Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization.

•Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.

•Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel.

•Represent work unit at meetings for conferences and serve as liaison for unit concerning requests or complaints.

•Oversee staff development, training programs, policy development, and special projects.
