Location: RD22W NW33-6-4W (RM of Duffrin), Carman, MB R0G 0J0 (shop location) - on the road job
Salary: $25.00/hour for 40-50 hours/week (overtime may be required)

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

On the road job: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee.
Work site environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, Dairy, Livestock
Work setting: Rural area

Responsibilities
Tasks: Farm animal grooming, Handling animals, Monitoring animal health, Negotiate with clients for provision of services, Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, Recognize and treat certain livestock health problems, Maintain work records and logs, Conduct specialized procedures on animals such as animal identification and hoof trimming
Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service, Beef cattle, Dairy cattle
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence, Vehicle supplied by employer, Travel expenses paid by employer
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload, Overtime required
Personal suitability: Organized
