General Farm Worker- NOC 85101

Job Duties:
• soaking, blending and mixing the compost ingredients using hand tools and farm equipment
• report any changes of compost consistency to supervisor
• inspect the farm equipment daily and report any deviations to supervisor
• maintain the tools, implements, and mechanical equipment in good condition
• load the compost into trucks
• clean up the work area when the work is completed
• wear personal protective equipment {safety shoes, respirators, gloves, etc.) as required other associated duties

Working Abilities and Physical Capabilities:
• Heavy lifting required
• Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends are required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Language: No formal language requirement.
No Education or experience required; successful candidates will be trained on job duties.
Annual company review may be conducted and dependent on work performance of employee and company standing a bonus might be given depending on performance and a raise ranging 2%-4% and competitive benefits package.
