Job duties:
• Transport goods and commodities over long distances, operate and drive mostly tractor-trailers.
• Create a transportation strategy and deliver the items on schedule.
• Check vehicle systems, equipment, and accessories before, during, and after the trip.
• Ensure that cargo is secured according to safety requirements.
• Keep track of the load, servicing time, driving distance, and fuel usage.
• Transportation related documents and travel log books must be recorded for each transportation.
• Use other communication devices to contact dispatchers, other drivers, and clients.

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school.
• Driver's License (Class 1 or A) is required.
• Air brake endorsement (Z) is required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
