We are seeking a mechanical repairer to assist our busy shop:

Job Duties:
• Inspecting and testing mechanical units, including engines, transmissions, axles, brakes
• Locating faults and malfunctions
• Diagnosing and confirming findings with supervising mechanical to determine repair
• Repairing mechanical units
• Completing reports to record problems and work performed
• Assisting mechanics in performance of mechanical repairs as required
• Fueling, greasing, lubricating autos and parts
• Assisting in performing safety inspections on vehicles
• Repairing minor vehicle damage; touching up minor scrapes and dents; clean, sew, repair upholstery.

Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School
• 2-3 years hands on experience in a similar role
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a team environment
