Chief Executive Officer - Cryptocurrency ATM Company

The CEO for CoinSite will be in charge of the following:

• Establishing objectives for the company and developing high-quality business strategies, policies, and programs ensuring they align with the company’s short and long-term vision.
• Overseeing all operations and day-to-day business activities and coordinating the work of departments and divisions.
• Setting the vision for the company and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale
• Driving growth, profitability, and company value
• Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture
• Aligning resources to achieve key business goals
• Owning the operational budget and managing burn rate
• Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy, and strategic objectives
• Reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
• Working with the software development team to improve the company’s app development effort.
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Representing the company at major cryptocurrency events in the industry as the company’s leader by engaging as Speaker.
• Allocating material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
• Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Expanding the company’s footprint by establishing major departments and senior staff positions and traveling to various parts of the country to hire and recruit for these roles.

Requirements and skills:
The optimal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Must have at least 5 Years of experience in CEO position with a financial service business in the US or Canadian market.
• Must have complete knowledge of the Cryptocurrency ATM business.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow management, general finance, and budgeting.
• Must have full knowledge of AML & KYC Compliance to be able to make decisions at the policy level for the company’s risk assessment and policies for clients.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.
• Proven track record of building successful products and high-performing teams from the ground up
• Experience in developing digital products and solutions
