Job Description
SQ Construction deals with residential construction and renovations. We are seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ontario.

Job Responsibilities:
Tasks
• Prepare production and other reports
• Supervise workers and projects
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Set up machines and equipment
• Estimate costs and materials
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Leading/instructing individuals
Supervision
• 5-10 people
• Tile setters
• Plasterers
• Drywall installers and finishers
• Fence erectors
• Kitchen cupboard and vanity installers
