Select Kitchen Cabinets a custom cabinet making company is looking for enthusiastic self motivating individuals for Carpenter position.
As a Carpenter your job description would be as follows:
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made up of wood, wood substitute, light steel and other material.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Can give cost estimates to clients.
• Fit, install and trim items such as molding, stairs and hardware.
• Prepare layouts using measuring tools.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Might supervise construction workers.
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Essential Skills: Large workload, physically demanding, be physically able to handle heavy equipment
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $30.00 hourly for 40 hours
Experience:2-3 years of work experience in related field.
