Construction Cleaner

1348525 B.C. Ltd. is looking for a full-time and permanent 2 Construction Cleaner in Surrey, BC V3S 0N2. (Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well). Salary is 20.00/hr and 40 hours/week.

Duties:

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.

• Empty trash cans and other waste containers

• Perform safety and security checks.

• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens.

• Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Employment Requirements:

Employment Requirements: No formal education is required. Training will be provided. Completion of High School and experience is an asset.
