Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily construction operations and project activities
• Manage project managers, supervisors, and construction staff
• Plan, organize, and direct multiple construction projects
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and senior management
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in construction management or a senior leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
