Construction Paint Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and painting crews
• Plan and schedule painting projects according to timelines
• Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation before painting
• Ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to project specifications
• Maintain safety standards on job sites
• Monitor materials, equipment, and paint usage
• Communicate with project managers and clients regarding progress

Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction painting and team supervision
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to manage multiple workers and tasks efficiently
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
