Position: Construction Painters Supervisor (Full Time / Permanent)

Trikon Painting Ltd. is looking to hire experienced and professional Construction Painters Supervisor to work all over lower mainland area

No. of positions: 2
Salary: $35.00/hr (40 hrs/week)
Duration: 2 years
Job Requirements: No formal education required.
Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in commercial and residential projects

Duties:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare work progress reports
• May also supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
