About the Role
Branda Contracting is a premier provider of high-end renovation and installation services. We are currently seeking two (2) skilled Countertop Installers to join our professional team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering the precision craftsmanship and high-quality finishes that our luxury residential and commercial clients expect.

Job Duties
• Specialized Installation: Professionally fit and secure custom Quartz, Marble, Granite, and other natural and engineered stone countertops and architectural surfaces.
• Precision Finishing: Perform expert on-site stone modifications including cutting, grinding, and polishing using diamond-blade power tools and specialized equipment.
• Detailed Templating: Conduct accurate on-site measurements and professional templating to ensure perfect alignment with custom cabinetry, sinks, and backsplashes.
• Seamless Seam Joining: Apply high-grade adhesives and color-matched epoxies to achieve seamless stone joining and water-resistant finishes.
• Maintenance & Client Education: Provide professional advice to clients regarding the specific care and maintenance requirements for natural vs. engineered stones (e.g., pH-neutral cleaning for Marble).
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet Branda Contracting’s rigorous standards for safety and craftsmanship.
Requirements
• Education: Completion of secondary (high) school is required.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of specialized experience in natural stone (Granite/Marble) and engineered stone (Quartz) installation is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with specialized stone-working power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, perform repetitive tasks, and manage the physical demands of lifting and placing stone slabs with high attention to detail.
• Professionalism: Commitment to providing high-end customer service on-site.
