Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and site supervisors
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Identify and resolve project issues or delays
• Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction project management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
