As business increases, we are planning to hire an experienced Management Consulting Service Manager to join our growing team to contribute to the successful operation of our business. As a Management Consulting Service Manager, you are expected to have a minimum of two years’ experience in the field with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful applicant will be required to invest $150,000 to take control of 40% of the business.

Position: Management Consulting Service Manager

Vacancy: one

Salary: $ 46.00 plus overtime pay; ten days’ vacation with pay

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time 30 hours/week

Start date: As soon as possible

Main duties:
Develop work plans and coordinate daily work;
Measure project progress, client benefits and budget expectation achievement;
Handle proposals and business development calls with senior managers;
Develop and implement marketing and promotion plans for the company’s various services aligned with the company’s business objectives;
Develop solutions for complex client situations to meet goals and objectives;
Monitor client expectation scope on generated results’ delivery;
Recruit, manage, train staff and supervise staff performance;
Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies;
Represent the company to attain professional and networking conferences for public management purpose;
Perform all other duties as required.

Minimum Requirement:

College diploma.
At least two years management experience.
Ability to communicate in English.
Previous experience in the education-related service industry is an asset.
In-depth understanding of office management procedures.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships.
