Therefore AA is looking for an dedicated individual to take on the Admission Advisor role to help perspective students to enroll in the school.

Salary: $30/h, 35 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities:
• Provide assistant with recruitment through working with agents, social media, student interviews, information sessions, and book appointments for admissions.
• Follow-up with prospective students for any inquiries through direct meeting, live chat, phone calls and emails.
• Provide clarifications to prospective students about the admission procedures, eligibility, cost involved.
• Assist prospective students with the admission process, give advice on study permit applications.
• Arrange orientation programs, educational workshops for students.
• Participate in all recruitment events (in person or virtual), open houses, school fairs, information sessions and exhibitions.
• Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever possible.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required and a college diploma in business, management or marketing is preferred.
• Previous experience in education and training is an asset.
• Experience in a senior clerical or related experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and publisher).
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
