Roles and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients and develop plans for treatment focusing on individual needs
• Explain procedures, risks, and benefits in a clear manner
• Perform massage and treatment services utilizing massage therapy techniques
• Monitor client’s comfort level and provide exceptional and positive experience
• Provide advice on stretching exercises, strength training, overall relaxation, and posture improvement
• Document and maintain accurate client records
• Ensure cleanliness of treatment room throughout shift

Requirements:
• Member in good standing with the CMTO
• Completion of massage therapy program
• Experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and commitment to strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and team player
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Working Conditions:
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work evening/weekend shifts
