Job Description.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible to:
Effectively maintain and transfer information, files and records to owner
• Document invoices, comply with procedures in handling banking transactions on day to day basis
• Review and respond to correspondence professionally and promptly
• Coordinate with reception
• Maintain documents and file paperwork for clients/patients.
• Preparation of presentations as and when required on MS PowerPoint.
• Respond to customer needs, requests, feedback and report issues to owner
• Maintain confidentiality of information at all time
• Track office supply inventory and order supplies
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and ordering supplies for office.
• Ensure protection and security of files and records
• Keep customer/patients personnel files up to date
• Organize resources for events within the clinic
• Manage staff schedules, transfer and dispose records according to schedules and policies

Position is entitled to benefits as per BC Employment standards act. As per collective agreement, 4% Vacation pay of gross salary will be paid each pay period with 10 days of unpaid vacation annual, or the option to choose 10 days of paid vacation annually with no vacation pay on each pay period.

Education: Completion of secondary school is mandatory. A university degree or diploma in public administration can be an asset.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
