Requirement and Skills:
• Secondary Education
• 1 year related experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of hotel clerks
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties
• Ensure staff are knowledgeable on safety procedures and company policies
• Assist clients needs and requests
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Requisition supplies and materials
• May perform clerk duties when necessary
