Janitor

The job duties and responsibilities will include the following:
 Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
 Empty trash cans and other waste containers
 Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
 Work with minimal supervision
 Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
 Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
 Perform minor repairs on appliances
 Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
 Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
 Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
 Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
