College diploma in a field related to personnel management such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce is required
Previous experience in a related field considered as an asset.

Skilled in using relevant office software

Work responsibilities
• Ensure the workforce have enough capability (structure, skills & knowledge, culture & mindset) to achieve established business plan
• Have an in-depth understanding of business goals and challenges in order to play a key role in achieving business plans.
• Handle employee entry and exit procedures, managing entry and exit matters; Manage personnel files;
• Train, coach and advise on HR challenges and best practices, employee relations, succession planning, engagement, integration, retention, compensation and mobility.
• Support managers in managing individuals and foster the development of their personnel management skills.
• Formulate and organize employee training affairs, be responsible for the employee's assessment system and supervise the implementation, and statistically evaluate the results;
• Responsible for the signing and termination of employee labor contracts;
• Responsible for company's social security, salary and welfare measures;
• Responsible for business communication with other departments of the company;
• Complete other tasks assigned by top management.

Salary: $29.00/Hourly
