Supervisor, Customer Service Outsource

F/T, Permanent Position. Salary $ 24.50/hr for 40 hrs/week. Seeking a qualified person who can supervise and coordinate the activities of customer service/Telesales agents; Supervise staff dealing with inbound calls, customer service etc.; Administer and coordinate work of staff; Assign work to staff and monitor their progress; Review accuracy of information and perform QA/QC; Provide coaching, training and support to internal staff and external clients; Maintain client database, collect feedback, and communicate to management; Prepare correspondence in case of any issues; Organize and coordinate clients meetings; Assemble information for clients; Supervise and monitor the performance of staff; Ensure proper operation of IT and office equipment’s; Resolve issues, if any and strengthen client relationships.
Job requirements / skill sets:
Successful candidate must have completion of Bachelor degree and relevant experience of one year to less than 2 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.Language – English
