Experience: 5 plus years of experience in Banking Technology Management

Wage: $150,000/ year
40 hours week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time

Supervision: 3 to 4 people

Language of Work: English

Education: Master’s degree in information technology

Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000

DUTIES:

• Formulate and enforce policies and procedures for the Support Operations and maintenance of VeriPark software products implemented in VeriPark and Customer infrastructure.
• Plan, Direct, Organize, Control, and Evaluate the Support Operations to comply with the agreed Support contracts for all VeriPark Banking Solutions implementations across Canada and North America.
• Foster customer relationships and discuss ongoing system enhancements, change requirements and specifications, capacity planning, system performance optimizations, and associated costs.
• Lead and manage teams of developers to design, develop, test, implement, operate, and administer application software solutions and monitoring, ensuring effective support and maintenance.
• Increase CSI by identifying and managing the production issues and risks and driving continuous improvements and automation.
• Control the budget and expenditure of the Professional Services department, implementing cost saving strategies, and focusing on the long-term financial planning to ensure sustainable and efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate at all levels to improve customer experience and maintain stability in the implemented solutions.

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATION

Experience managing the development and support of retail banking solutions and financial products is essential.
