Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Provide in-person and on-line support for employees and students using instructional, mobile computing and related equipment.
2.Provide operational user support for institution-wide system including Wi-Fi, network connectivity and various company software applications.
3.Install, configures, maintain local area network(LANs), wide area networks(WANS) by running diagnostic programs which enable to resolve computer problems.
4.Monitor and protect internal Information systems by installing firewall protection software and behaviour management devices.
5.Design, develop and implements and maintain software configuration for muti-media classrooms, work offices and user devises by using variety of management software tools.
6.Maintain and upgrade security services on instructional and personal computing devices and related equipment.
7.Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and related peripherals, printer, operating systems, applications and mobile devices to keep it operational.
8.Repair problems such as incorrect settings, viruses, spyware, replace hardware or the entire operating system and conduct necessary data back-up.
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, information technology, network administration, web technology or related field is required.
2.At least 4 years of experiences in computer technical support and customer service.
3. Expertise in networking technologies, such as LAN, WAN , computer diagnostics and repair, diagnostic techniques and peripheral devices.
4. A motivated quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and quick problem-solving capabilities.
5. Able to work independently, also able to cooperate and help other employees.
