JOB POSITION DETAILS:
Position: Electronic commerce (e-commerce) sales coordinator (NOC 11202)
Number of vacancies: Two (2)
Wages: $ 32.31 CAD hourly
Working hours per week: 35 (Full-time)
Terms of employment: Permanent position
Work Location: 100 King Street West, Suite 5700, Toronto, Ontario, M5X 1C7, Canada
Work conditions: Day, Evening, Monday to Friday only.
Language Required: English
Education Required: College diploma in IT, business, marketing, public relations, electronic commerce, digital sales, communications, journalism, or a discipline-related or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least one year to less than two years
Job Duties:
• Analyse, develop and implement communication and promotion strategies and information programs,
• Analyze advertising needs and develop appropriate strategies,
• Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
• Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them
• Analyse and implement strategies to enhance e-commerce websites
• Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
• Develop and maintain social media accounts
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, Web sites and press releases
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, and other events and programs for publicity, and information purposes
• Act as spokesperson for an organization and answer written and oral inquiries
• Oversee the preparation of public written material
• Provide consultation on planning and starting of new businesses.
• Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Coordinate special publicity events and promotions for internal and external audiences
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Liaise with key clients and internal engineering/marketing/project manager teams to ensure that client's requirements are met
• Support the rest of the sales team in their sales efforts
• Train staff
• Maintain and manage digital databases
Qualifications:
o Excellent English verbal, written and communication skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft office apps and digital media
o Ability to work in both an independent and collaborative environment.
An asset:
Web development skills
Knowledge of Corel Draw, Photoshop or other designing software
