IMMIGRATION CASE PROCESSING SPECIALISTS (2 POSITIONS)

We are an immigration consulting company looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our Temporary Residence Team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Full-time permanent position
• Assisting Immigration Consultants with preparation of applications for LMIA and work permits and extensions of temporary resident status
• Assisting corporate client with compliance reviews
• Handling a high volume of files in a very fast-paced environment
• Collecting, organizing and reviewing documents received in support of applications
• Answering all client inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintaining client files

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of experience with LMIA process
• This role requires high attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with a high volume of clients
• Fluency in English language, proficiency in other languages is an asset
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Confident, self-starter and proactive thinker
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility
• Organized and detail oriented
• Applicants with legal authorization to work in Ontario only
