• Consulting new clients on broad range of immigration matters and helping to zero in on a best solution according to clients’ needs
• Identify legal issues, analyze cases and determine appropriate strategy
• Guide processing staff through and manage the entire file (multiple components/matters)
• Managing high load of different immigration cases
• Answer all client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner and provide excellent customer service
• Full accountability of assigned client matters
• Providing clients with customized, detailed lists of required information and document, tracking communication with clients and reviewing received information and documents
• Drafting legal correspondence including support letters, inquiries, submission letters, etc.
• Conducting research as required
• Staying abreast of any changes in procedures and requirements by IRCC, CBSA and ESDC
• Organizing and updating internal database and client files
• Ensuring client billing is up-to-date at all stages and approving invoices generated by Accounting
• Must have at least three years of immigration experience
• ICCRC license in good standing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Excellent writing abilities in English language is a requirement
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
• Confident, self-starter and proactive thinker
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks
